Asia · Events · Eleven independent sites
What’s On Asia is the front door to a family of independent events calendars. Each site does the same job in the same way: find everything that is on, from the headline festivals to the small exhibitions, check the dates against the official source, and label the dates that are still tentative so nobody plans a trip around a guess. Between them, the ten calendars list 3,829 events, and the number moves every week. Pick your country and start there.

Every event on every calendar carries the official source it was checked against, and the date of that check is printed on its page. When an organiser has not published dates for the next edition, the site says so: the record is labelled a tentative date, built from the previous edition or from tradition, and it is labelled that way wherever it appears. None of the sites sells tickets itself. Where a ticket, tour or hotel can be booked, the page links to the seller, and where that link earns the site a commission the button says so.
The counts above are refreshed automatically from the live sites, several times a day. Each site's own homepage is always the current source.
One email a week, on Wednesdays, from What’s On Asia: the best of what is on across every calendar in the family, the festivals and headline dates worth planning a trip around, and the weekends worth booking while hotels are still available. Every date in it is checked against its official source, and every listing says how to book. It is the one list for the whole family; if you want a single country in full, each country site also sends its own note, and the signup for those is on their homepages.
We never sell or share your address, and every edition has a one-click unsubscribe. More about the Note.
